Washington DCAccording to a recent study, fructose fruits and other dishes are not harmful to blood glucose levels, and sweetened foods and dietary supplements that add extra energy to the diet.
The study appeared in BMJ magazine. The role of sugar in the development of diabetes and heart disease is widespread, and the fractose health can be particularly harmful.
"These studies can help make suggestions about important nutritional sources of fructose for the prevention and treatment of diabetes," says Dr. John Sivenpiper.
Fructose is found in a number of food products, including natural fruits and vegetables, natural fruit juices and honey. It also joins foods such as "soft sugars", such as soft drinks, breakfast, bread, sweets and desserts. The current dietary guidelines recommend sweet sugars, especially fructose, which is a sweetener, but it is not possible to determine whether sugar is suitable for all food sources.
Researchers from the University of Toronto, Canada, and the University of Toronto, Canada, analyzed the results of 155 studies evaluating the effect of various fructose sugars on blood glucose levels in men with controlled diabetes mellitus for up to twelve weeks.
The results are based on four studies: replacement (sugar comparison with other carbohydrates), supplemental (dietary sugar energy), received (diet intake energy) or adiptium (freely transferred from sugar).
The results were glycatalized by hemoglobin or HbA1c (size of glucose attached to red blood cells), glucose fasting and insulin starvation (blood glucose levels and insulin levels).
The results show that most fructose sugars do not have a significant adverse effect on the level of blood vessels, while food does not give more calories. However, in some studies, it has been shown to have adverse effects on fasting insulin.
