Petr Král (45), the new director of the monetary-credit department at the National Bank of Czechia, will begin on December 1. Since December, he replaces Tomas Holub, who is part of the board of CNB Bank. The press service of the Central Bank reports.
Since December, the post of Director of the Monetary Policy and Monetary Policy Department of the CNB Bank, Deputy Director of the Monetary Credit Department, Lyubosh Komarka (47) and Dan Hagzkova (43). Komarek was also charged with the management of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations.
King has been working at KVN since 1999. From 2004 to 2007 she was the head of short-term reports and deputy director of the Department. From 2007 to present – Director of the Department of Monetary Policy and Fiscal Analysis, and from 2015 to present – Deputy Director of the Cash Department. In the course of the study, publication and lecture, the King focuses on specific issues of monetary policy.
Komarek from KKB has been working since September 1996. Gradually he was an economist, member of the Board of Directors of the Bank and head of the Monetary Policy and Monetary Policy Division. From July 2009 to present – Director of the Department of External Economic Relations of the Money Section.
Khakka worked as an economic analyst at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris from 2002-2004. He then worked on various analytical and managerial positions in the Czech National Bank. From 2014 to 2016 worked in the private sector as an economic and financial analyst, and for the last two years he was a board member of the Bank's Management Board.
The CNB defines the monetary policy, produces banknotes and coins, monitors circulation, monitors the settlement and settlement of banks. It also monitors banking sector, capital market, insurance, pension schemes, credit unions, e-money institutions and currency control.
