How long can you sleep without sleep?

Lack of sleep can make people feel excited, annoying, and cold-tempered, but there is no evidence that sleep loss loses anybody at once.

But for a long time an inexhaustible result has been the deaths of many healthy people.

In 2012, for example, the Chinese left 11 nights in the European Championship to see all the football matches. A 26-year-old boy died shortly after sleep, and the doctors said he had come out of alcohol and cigarettes because of sleep deprivation.

Randy Gardner has made a record for 1941 as a Guinness Book of Records and keeps awake. Gardner was 17 years old, 11 days and 25 minutes. Despite physical symptoms, he suffered from insomnia after a few years.

Many people have been trying to break the record ever since, but Guinness World Records claim that sleeping can be dangerous.

Loss of sleep can make a long list of symptoms. Sleepers less than seven hours a night can exhibit symptoms such as anxiety and depression, and sleep loss, obesity, diabetes mellitus, poor decision-making, and reduced concentration.

Matthew Walker, a neurosurgeon at the University of California Berkeley, said in a previous interview with Business Insider that sleepiness could have a negative effect on the health of the cardiovascular system. In the spring, when everyone loses sleep, the next day the heart attack increases by 24%.

Some medical disturbances can cause sleepiness. In France, researchers get acquainted with a 27-year-old Morvan syndrome who causes muscle tone, weight loss, hallucinations, pains and sleep disturbances. Researchers say the 27-year-old woman "did not sleep" for several months. Although he was not tired or uncomfortable, the person suffered from hallucinations and pains at night from 20 to 60 minutes.

Morgen's syndrome may cause some episodes to trigger or disrupt certain nerve cells. There is very little information about the contract – at the end of 2011 there were 14 published.

Animals experiments show that sleep loss can eventually result in death. In the 1980s, researcher Allan Rechtsaufen conducted experiments for rats at the University of Chicago and found that all animals did not sleep on the 32st day.

Even though researchers do not agree on the causes of death, Slate says all the possibilities are related to sleep loss. Some researchers have found that the immune system of the rats failed and bacteria kill the rats. The loss of sleep has led to brain damage, and the third theory is that the temperature of the rats is so small that they die from hypothermia.

Despite the causes, researchers have shown that the long duration of sleep is so severe in the symptoms that the rats could not survive. In humans, researchers have seen significant psychological effects, such as hallucinations, because the study did not decrease in the absence of sleep for two days.

The latest version of the 2015 Dreamweaver Dreamweaver release reminds you to stay away from sleeping suggestions. Age-varying instruction suggests that you should sleep between seven and nine o'clock in the morning to avoid adult health problems.
