It is difficult to believe that it is only the second week of competition on "Dancing with the Stars" because the caliber of performance and technique we are taking is far beyond what we normally see at this stage.
The amazing thing was that virtually everyone added their game significantly from last week and no one turned into a show that was downright bad. And with a dozen stars still in the direction, this may be unparalleled.
Last week's runners, Tinashe and DeMarcus Ware, continue to come strong, but they joined by no fewer than four stars that pushed themselves to the same level of excellence. We got complicated trouble from both male and female stars, and even scary frightening speed did not testify any real threat.
It's where everyone wonders what's not about head judge Len Goodman, because he has not found too much to complain, and that includes Grocery Store Joe. The star of "Bachelor" franchise was an absolute disaster last week, bringing the lowest score and skating with viewers' votes. But this week he really looked right dancer out there.
And the amusing fact, the new season dancer, Brandon Armstrong, is actually making a run for this Mirrorball trophy in his inaugural season. Vocation Spoiler: Yes it is early but he has a real shot at him with excellent charisma and talented Tinashe on his arm.
Who do I think I am? you ask. Well, I've spent almost a decade of my life sweating and bleeding into music like a dancer. From a young boy who learned a change of reorganization with performance with the St Louis ballet company, I have experienced the ups and downs of one of the hardest physically demanding sports on the planet. During this time, I was also a member of the Youth Orchestra of the Synod of St. Louis, as well as a gymnast, writer and cartoonist. I had a lot more energy in my new years. And I've spent the past sixteen years analyzing and criticizing the reality competition appearances for various media publications. I got this.
The right warning, as I'm safe at home, will probably be a bit tougher than my colleagues Carrie-Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, and Bruno Tonioli. But I can be even more beautiful. Maybe.
DeMarcus Ware & Lindsay Arnold
First, what piece of entertainment. DeMarcus was working hard but you can see that he was having fun bringing this sweet story to life. Choreography was very rudimentary for a foxtrot, but she kept things simple for DeMarcus, as he tried to show a more gentle side after last week's signs. He did not digest so well as he was unable to match Lindsay's energy levels or engagement, but he nailed every step and had the right shape at all. If it is not completely comfortable, it will be exciting to see.

Danelle Umstead and Artem Chigvintsev
Artem kept this slow and steady for Danelle, who was struggling with routine memory. After an error when they hit the main floor, she got her feet squared, but it was for her only part who was engaged in the dance. Perhaps a week is not so long that Danelle owns these dances with her physical constraints (blindness) but she has come out there and gives her everything. It looked much like you could see the kids doing what they are just learning – with no hip nose action – but it was known as a cha cha. If it stays over a long time to create a muscle memory on these basic techniques and steps, it may be able to grow into a dancer that blows us away.

John Schneider and Emma Slater
He did not quite nail the classic Charleston training and crashed during the shooting, but John is a natural trader and it's a shame he did not learn dancing earlier in his career. It would have been a real Broadway threat then. His charisma and his ashes on stage almost overcomes the technical difficulties he had here and there in this part. He also kept his carriage a little bit more right over some of the elements that wanted more of a lean forward. But the most important thing is that he gave us the elegance of dancing, his soul, and he is absolutely delightful to see.

Nancy McKeon & Val Chmerkovskiy
This was a cha cha much safer than last week's quickstep. Nancy seemed like she actually liked to do this and brought a lot of personality to the stage, as well as some sensuality in her movements. There was a liquid texture for her hips that really nourish well in style, even as her feet ever ever fumbled ever so little here and there. This week, however, you can see that Nancy can really grow into someone special to watch this show.

Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten
Alan's attack with this choreographer was just a surprise, and Alexis did an excellent job of giving it all. The opening of the ballet was not so successful and the transition to Argentine tango did not work fully, but as soon as we came to that, Alexis was fully engaged throughout that bell during these ups and downs. She was very little calculated, having no sign and flash that she needed to really sell these moments, but it's impressive that she went so much in the 2nd week and says so much where she is like an interpreter. Her dance background, no matter how long ago it was, of course, helps her now.

Joe Amabile & Jenna Johnson
Jenna did what she could to protect Joe in her foxtrot choreography, but he might not need it. Joe appeared this week in a way we did not even see at the premiere. He had good up-down movement through about half of the dance, and he was there as a partner for him. There was a sequence where he seemed to be walking on the stage rather than jumping, and Jenna used it as a standing foot several times, but all of his extra work was paid. He got a little over-excited with that elevator, but it turned out good. Perhaps Joe can prove himself worthy to stay after all.

Tinashe & Brandon Armstrong
Brandon was really just trying to show how the talent of a ballerina he already had as a partner in Week 2. They incorporated four elevators throughout this Argentine tango and the first two were absolutely stunning. The latter two seemed to have been somewhat inadequate, but ultimately were successful. Even better was jerking, scissors and blouses during the rest of the routine. Tinashe is a firecracker on stage. Her legs and body setting was just for perfection. This was good dancing for every week of the competition, but for the 2nd week it's completely crazy.

Milo Manheim and Witney Carson
Look at Milo, learning how to make some elevators throughout this Charleston. On top of that, his legs were mostly where he should be, and with those giant white sneakers there was no hiding. It was a chunk of high energy with Witney pushing it creatively across the board. There were stories and pictures and some really nice moments, but Milo was right about a thing. It was just exhausting to see, much less what they went through the behavior of such infectious and joyful part in life.

Mary Lou Retton and Sasha Farber
It was an absolutely stunning wave from start to finish, accompanied by Sarah Bockel ("Beautiful: Carole King Musical") singing "Natural Woman". The guns of Maria Lou and even her hands were wonderful all over, and she had such a beautiful grace in her movements. Again, it's crazy this is just Week 2 and these competitors are emerging with such confidence. This ultimate lifting movement was amazing and executed tirelessly, but so much from dancing. The contents of her waves were beautiful, her cart, poetry, control. It was all.

Juan Pablo Di Pace and Cheryl Burke
Did Juan Pablo throw some Charleston into this fast pace just because? This was a very safe performance of a very challenging dance style that requires discipline and careful setting of the feet at any time or it can disappear quickly and quickly from the control. Juan Pablo handled every part of it and did so in the 2nd Week – the record breaking time – with such confidence and command is absolutely amazing. Above all, keeping him was occasionally weaker, but his attitude was where he should be and was a small part of a potentially extraordinary style. Juan Pablo gave performance at the top of every technical thing.

Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe
Evanna definitely went to him with more taste and genre than last week, bringing little sexuality to this samba. She really got some hip action, though you still can see that it was not exactly comfortable for her. But her insistence was pleasant, and while she could not match Keos's energy or with the dedication of hitting these steps with the right movement, she was there with each step, showing constant growth and willingness to go for it. show want dancers who grow and learn along the way.

Bobby Bones and Sharna Burgess
Once again, Bobby was an explosive energy bubble that barely contained, but did not fit foxtrot at all. He was a little too big and too wide and very troublesome in that routine as if he was waiting to go out. Perhaps he was thinking of closing his close with The Floss (made famous by Katy Perry's "Backpack Kid"). We are not sure if Sharna will be able to channel his energy properly, but if possible, he has the potential to be a strong and performing ballerina. He just can not perform any style with his broad-eyed approach, with agape strength, as he is ready to challenge Len in a holiday competition.

"Dancing with stars" works on Monday and Tuesday at 8:00. ET for the first two weeks, before returning to the usual domination of the moon. Later, it will join Sunday's episodes with "Dancing With the Stars: Juniors" for back-to-back entertainment all falls starting on October 7 at 20 .ET on ABC.
